Cleanse the targeted area thoroughly and ensure it is completely dry.

Avoid touching the microdots in the center of the patch while peeling off the white protective backing.
To prevent the microdots from dissolving upon air exposure, cut each patch individually before use.

Apply the patch to the desired area and press firmly from the center outward.
For optimal absorption, press the patch flat against the skin.

After at least 4 hours, gently remove the patch by lifting it from the edges.
For best results, wear for a minimum of 4 hours—overnight use is also recommended.
