Things to note when purchasing LP

• Due to the nature of the paper material other than the defective disc itself, small wrinkles and damage to the cover or insing paper cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Even if the surface of the disc is uneven or bent, it can only be returned or exchanged if it is abnormal during playback.
• In the case of color vinyl, dye spots and color differences that occur during the production process cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Color vinyl may differ in color from web images and actual, and there may be color differences for each album during the production process. Returns and exchanges are not allowed due to this.

Things to note when playing LP

• Returns and exchanges are not possible for playback defects that occur on playback devices that do not have integrated entry-level audio, tone arm, and pressure control functions. Please play it on a device that can adjust the tone arm.
• If the diameter of the disc center hole is small, if it does not fit the spindle, it will be solved by drilling the hole in the disc.
• If there is a foreign matter in the cartridge needle, it may interfere with regeneration, so please remove static electricity and dust before regenerating.
• The unique sense of reproduction of LP products is not defective.
• Please check the RPM of the product you purchased and play it with the right RPM on the playback device.
