The DIY Popup at CF Pacific Centre

This October, we had the incredible opportunity to host a free DIY Keychain-Making event at CF Pacific Centre in downtown Vancouver as part of their CF Play activations. Held on three consecutive Saturdays—October 5th, 12th, and 19th—from 1 PM to 3 PM, this event was a delightful blend of creativity and community engagement.

CF Play activations are a series of crafting sessions organized by Cadillac Fairview to bring people together through hands-on learning experiences. We were thrilled to collaborate with the mall to provide hundreds of DIY keychains to participants during these sessions, making each Saturday afternoon a celebration of personal expression and artistic flair.

Participants were invited to choose from a variety of vibrant keychain bases and mix-and-match patches to create their own unique accessories. It was heartwarming to see so many smiling faces as people proudly showcased their custom designs. From quirky characters to minimalist designs, the creativity on display was truly inspiring.

We’re incredibly grateful for the chance to share our passion for DIY crafts with the community and to be part of such an engaging initiative. This event not only showcased the joy of creating something unique but also highlighted the importance of making art and creativity accessible to everyone.
