All photocards listed for trading on Amuse Ground are verified and official! Damages, if any, will be disclosed in the description.

In order for us to send out this card, please take a video of the card you are looking to trade with us with your ORDER NUMBER visible in the frame. At this time we are accepting album selfie pcs ONLY! 

Kindly submit all trade videos and offers within 48 hours of placing your trade order. If we do not receive your submission within this timeframe, your trade will be automatically cancelled.

Your email or message must include what cards you are offering to trade in the following format:

GROUP ‘ALBUM’: ALBUM VERSION (MEMBER VERSION)

• Eg. Twice 'Between 1&2' (Nayeon; Cryptography Ver.)

PLEASE ALSO INDICATE IN YOUR EMAIL OR MESSAGE:

• Your order number

• Whether you require stamped mail or your preferred in-store pick-up location

Once you have taken the video, please email it, along with all the required information to information@amuseground.com or 778-871-8354 for verification.

We hold the right to deny any trade offers depending on the quality of the photocard & quantity of card in our warehouse. We thank you for your understanding.

If your trade is approved, you will receive instructions for sending stamped mail to our facility, OR you may drop it off to your preferred Artbox location.

After submitting your video and receiving approval of your trade, please refer to the following steps for completing the trade: 

Trading via STAMPED MAIL:

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT BE SENDING OUT OUR CARD UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR CARD

If you are checking out with only trades in your cart and require stamped mail, select any local pickup location as your delivery method. This will allow the shipping fee to be waived (note this only applies to TRADE ONLY orders. All orders containing other items, select your preferred shipping method). 

• You will receive instructions for sending your trade via stamped mail

• Pack and send your trade to the address we provide you via email

• Once we receive your trade, we will pack and prepare your requested card and send you an email to confirm your address

• Once confirmed, we will send your card to you via stamped mail

We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail! To ensure that your trade gets to you safely, we recommend combining as many trades into one order/ordering with other items so that it can be shipped together!

IN-STORE TRADE:

• Your card will be sent to your preferred Artbox location (selected upon checkout)

• Once the card has been transferred to our physical store, you will be notified via email once it is ready for pick-up/trade at your preferred Artbox location

• Bring your approved photocard, sleeved and in a toploader (preferred) to our store. Have your order number on hand.

• The staff will assist you with the trade, checking for damages and verifying the card(s)’ authenticity.

All trades that are added to cart & purchased with pre-order Items, will be sent out with the pre-order items once all they are released and ready
