This symbolizes the main keyword of SEVENTEEN's 8th Anniversary Merch, 'CONNECT'. 

It is also a symbol of the relation between the SEVENTEEN members. 

The number 8 is for the 8th Anniversary as well as two interlocked rings. This graphic illustrates that SEVENTEEN and CARAT will continue to be connected, just like how thay have been connected for the past eight years.
